Easy to use:
After you open the red sealing screw, simply fill the water tank in the cooling element with cold water from the tap
Boil fresh tap water and measure our 210ml with the break-proof measuring cup
Turn the cooling element 180° degree C, put it on the threaded neck of measuring cup and screw them together so nothing drips
Turn the screwed unit 180° degree C again and put it directly over the neck of the baby bottle.
Hot water runs automatically through the cooling coil which is surrounded by the cooling water and cools down the boiling water – according to the simple principle of heat exchange. The desired target temperature of 40, 50 or 60° degrees C can be set easily and exactly by filling different quantities of cooling water into the tank. They are easy to read off the filling indicator on the cooling element.
How warm is 40° degrees C actually?
Depending on the milk formula manufacturer’s recommendation, the powder should be added only at water temperature of 40, 50 or 60° degree C. If the temperature is lower than 40° degree C, the powder will not dissolve properly and will form lumps. If the recommended temperature is exceeded, important nutrients are destroyed.
